P R A V I L N I K |
o spremembah in
dopolnitvah Pravilnika o sofinanciranju športnih programov v Mestni
občini Kranj |
1. člen |
V drugem odstavku 18.
člena pravilnika se doda peta alinea: »- imeti poravnane vse zapadle
obveznosti do Mestne občine Kranj in Zavoda za šport Kranj.« |
2. člen |
Spremeni se priloga 1, in sicer: |
- v 1. točki se v tretjem odstavku za besedo »javnih« doda beseda
»sredstev«; |
- se točka 6. glasi: »6. Usposabljanje strokovnih kadrov v športu.«

Na ravni lokalne
skupnosti se sofinancira usposabljanje strokovnih kadrov. Pri
kandidaturi za sredstva za usposabljanje imajo prednost kandidati, ki se
usposabljajo za vodenje mladih, vključenih v programe interesne športne
vzgoje otrok in mladine ter športne vzgoje otrok in mladine, usmerjene v
kakovostni in vrhunski šport. |
Športno društvo in
kandidat, ki zaprosi za sofinanciranje (trener, vaditelj ipd.), morata
imeti podpisano pogodbo o sodelovanju vsaj še za eno leto po zaključku
usposabljanja. Športno društvo mora ob prijavi posredovati dokazilo o
uspešno opravljenem usposabljanju kandidata. Sredstva se enakomerno
razdelijo med prijavljene kandidate. Kolikor je kandidatov več, imajo
manjši delež sofinanciranja, kolikor jih je manj pa se sofinancira
celotno usposabljanje. Ne sofinancira se študija na Fakulteti za šport
in licenčnih seminarjev«. |
3. člen |
Spremeni se priloga
2, in sicer se v točki »Višina sofinanciranja posameznih športnih
programov«, obstoječi tabeli za določanje števila ur in števila
športnikov za posamezne športne panoge za programe športne vzgoje otrok
in mladine usmerjene v kakovostni in vrhunski šport, zamenjata z novima.

4. člen |
V priloga 2, v točki
»Višina sofinanciranja posameznih športnih programov«, se pod tabelo za
določanje števila ur za posamezne športne panoge za programe športne
vzgojo otrok in mladine usmerjene v kakovostni in vrhunski šport, doda:
»Športnih panog, ki niso navedene v zgornji tabeli se ne sofinancira na
javnem razpisu.« |
5. člen |
V priloga 2, v točki
»Višina sofinanciranja posameznih športnih programov«, se na koncu doda
stavek: »Sofinancira se društva, katerih skupno število točk za vse
programe preseže 600 točk«. |
6. člen |
Ta pravilnik začne veljati z dnem objave v Uradnem listu Republike
Slovenije. |
